Submission of an RFQ does not create a contract, confidentiality obligation, supplier relationship or commitment to quote unless AG agrees otherwise in a signed writing.
Public forms and ordinary email may not be suitable for controlled or highly sensitive information. Before transmitting technical data subject to ITAR, EAR, contractual restrictions, confidentiality obligations or other access limitations, you must confirm the recipient and approved transfer method with AG.
You represent that you have authority to provide the information and files you submit and that doing so does not violate another party’s intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, export-control or contractual rights.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including RFQ evaluation, business records, quality requirements, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods depend on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the business context and applicable legal or contractual obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email system, transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate transmission method and avoiding restricted data in public forms.
